Elaine Magowan is a fully certified Yoga,Meditation/Mindfulness facilitator​.

Passionate about ensuring people feel good on a daily basis.

Through awareness of our Body, Breath & Mind we can begin to reconnect with ourselves.Postural awareness and stretching brings balance to our misaligned bodies and strengthening of the joints with balancing and weight bearing poses/postures.

The breath is guided to bring strength & focus releasing tension from the body.
